Can I change or cancel my order once I’ve placed it?

Please reach out to our customer service team at Concierge@Nakedlynx.com as soon as possible with details on your order’s change request. Our warehouse processes orders quickly, so changes cannot be promised but if the order has not yet been shipped it may be possible. 

What can I do if there is a problem with my order?

If you have any issues with your order, such as damaged or missing items, or any other problems, please reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order and we'll take care of you!

When will my order ship?

To estimate the time of delivery, please note processing time in addition to the time indicated by your selected shipping method at checkout. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. We will send you a tracking number once your order has been shipped. It may take up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be updated. Orders are dispatched in the order that they are received.

Why are your pieces priced the way that they are?

We are dedicated to giving you the best product we possibly can. Our pieces are handmade in Los Angeles, CA with extreme attention to detail and quality. Rest assured you will receive a high quality piece to add to your wardrobe from Naked Lynx.

Does Naked Lynx accept returns?

Naked Lynx accepts returns within 21 days of shipping date in the original condition they were sent in for store credit. Due to the nature of the item, all panties are fianl sale.

Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached.
We will not accept returned items that have makeup stains, deodorant/sweat stains, and/or items that smell of perfume. If caution is not made while trying on, we may reject the return.
Any returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.

How do I send back my items for a return?

Ship the items you wish to return back to us with using your own carrier of choice, or contact us at Concierge@NakedLynx.com to request a shipping label. Please note, shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from your refund.

How do i send back a wronged or damaged item?

If you receive an incorrect item or an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately. Please send a photo of the damaged item if applicable. If you have any issues with your order, such as damaged or missing items, or any other problems, we'll take care of you!

How do I care for my Naked Lynx pieces?

For silk pieces, hand wash them in your sink with a specially-formulated silk or delicates wash. Just soak in cool soapy water for a few minutes, give areas that may have dirt a gentle scrub with your hands. Lay flat to dry on a second, dry towel. Never put your lingerie in the dryer (heat can ruin elastics and any elasticity in the fabric and the dryer itself can harm the lingerie). Never use harsh bleaches or detergents.

What payment methods are accepted? 

Naked Lynx accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express credit card, and apple pay. We do not accept personal checks, money orders or direct bank transfers.

Do you offer price adjustments?

We do not offer price adjustments for discounted items at this time. We're sorry for the inconvenience!
